Clinical Study On The Effect Of XingDing Injection In Treating Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of XingDing injection in treating patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA), to study the prevention and therapeutic mechanism of it in aspect of tumor necrosis factor-alphα(TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6).Methods: 40 patients who suffered from UA were included in the study and were random- ly divided into two groups: A group (control group, 20cases) were dealt with routine treatment of western medicine; B group (treatment group, 20cases) were treated with routine medicine combined with XingDing injection, 20ml intravenous drip qd. Before and after 10 to 14 days′treatment, all cases were observed the clinical symptom and electrocardiogram (ECG). Statistical analysis comparison of serum fibrinogen (Fib), TNF-α, IL-6 among the control group and the treatment group were analysed by test for independent samples.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treament. After treatment, the clinical improvement of syndromes: The control grounp: obvious effective rate 55.5%, total effective rate 80.0%; The treatment group: obvious effective rate 80.0%, total effective rate 95.5%. The effect of the treatment group was better than those in the control grounp (P<0.05). The ECG: The control ground: obvious effective rate 60.0%, total effective rate 80.0%; The treatment group: obvious effective rate 85.5%, total effective rate 95.5%. The effect of the treatment group was better than those in the control group (P<0.05). TCM symptomatic scores: Before and after treament, the control group is 12.50±3.47, 10.05±2.64 respectively; the treament group is 11.70±3.85, 8.90±2.71 respectively. There is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The test for independent samples showed that the level of Fib, TNF-α, IL-6 in both group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the level of those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: Our results haved demonstrated that XingDing injection can apparently improve the symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris. It can improve the blood coagulation function and reduce the expression of TNF-αand IL-6,which may be the mechanism of the effects for therapy and prevention of UA.
