The Clinical Analyze Of Endoscopic Sinusitis Surgery Of Chronic Sinusitis In 124 Cases

objective:to approach the curative effect of Endoscopic Sinusitis Surgery curing Chronic Sinusitis and the relation between different clinical types, allergy ,anatomical abnormity,follow-upand surgical effect.methods:giving medcine to the 124 patients who suffered from chronic sinusitis and meeting the standard of the diagnosis before surgery and then give them endosopic surgery, follow up the patients who were given endosopic surgery by endosope,observate the condition of mucosa and ostium,inquest their subjective symptoms ,keep record the patients , follow-up and medication,the quality of lives.Result:the cure rate was 91.7% for type 1,82.6% for type 2,5 6.7%for type 3,there was no significant statistical difference in cure rate between type1and type2, there was significant statistical difference in cure rate between type1 and type3, type2and type3; the cure rate was 85.2% for the group keeping follow-up,66.7% for the group not keeping follow up, there was significant statistical difference in cure rate between the two groups; the cure rate was 58.3%for the allergic group and 88.6%for the group who are not allergic, there was significant statistical difference in cure rate between the two groups ,too.Conclusion:ESS is a effective method of curing chronic sinusitis,and the effect was influenced by clinical types, allergy,keeping follow-up or not ,ect.
