Clinical Study On HuaZhiTongMai Tablet In Treating Superficial Thrombophebitis Of Heat-dampness Blocking Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of HuaZhiTongMai(HZTM) tablet,an autonomous medicine from anagraph of my tutor,on superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type. And through observing the change of WBC,ESR and some index of hemorheology before and after treating . Objective to explore the relation of these indexes and superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type. To investigate the possible mechanism of HZTM tablet in treating superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type. Methods:71 cases was divided into two groups randomly, HZTM tablet group of 36 persons,as compared with ChuanWangXiaoYan(CWXY) tablet group of 35 persons, 10 days as a course.Before and after treatment,the symptom of superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type and relate indicators was observed and contrasted.Furthermore,a group of 20 normal cases was established,observed relate indicators of these cases and contrasted to superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type patients. Results:Cure effect rate of HZTM tablet group is 88.89% with total effect rate of 97.22%,better than CWXY tablet group,there are notable difference between two groups(P<0.05).The level of WBC,ESR,Blood Viscosity,HCT and Fibrin of superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type is obviously higher than the normal group ,but the level of erythrocyte deformability and erythrocyte electrophoresis is lower.HZTM tablet can remarkable improve above of unnormal indexes. Conclusion:HZTM tablet has reliable efficacy on the treatment of superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type.Contral inflammation and improve some nature of hemorheology might be the mechanisn that HZTM tablet action on superficial thrombophebitis of heat-dampness blocking type.
