Clinical Study On Psoriasis Vulgaris With The Law Of Clearing Heat And Removing Damp And The Law Of Clearing Heat And COOL The BLOOD

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy and impact on TNF-αand IL-8 of psoriasis vulgaris patients treated by clearing heat and removing damp law and clearing heat and cooling blood law. To explore the possible therapy mechnism an the clinic significance of clearing heat and removing damp law and cooling blood law in psoriasis vulgaris.So offer a novel method for the clinical differentiation of syndrome.Method: 60 psoriasis vulgaris patients were divided into two groups at radom with zhe riatio of 1:1. The first group with qing re li shi yin; The second group with qing re liang xue yin. During 8 weeks'treatments,damage and distribution of skin, severity of erythema , quantity of dry scaly skin bits,degree of pruritus and soakage were observed. We analysed changes of TNF-αand IL-8 of 10 patients in every guoup before and after the treatment and was comparied with 10 normal person's.Results: Cure and obvious effect rate of The first group is 53.33% with total effect rate of 93.33%,Cure and obvious effect rate of The second group is 26.67% with total effect rate of 70%. there are difference between two groups(P<0.05).After trestment ,the level of TNF-αand IL-8 is decreased obviously,but higher than normal person's , there are difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Treating psoriasis vulgaris with clearing heat and removing damp law has reliable efficacy and low recurrence rate. Antimicrobial and anti-a inflammation effects,adjustments of immune and metabolical systerms,and restrainting epidermal cell proliferation may act as its mechanisms.
