Study On The Influence Of Modern Regulation Of TCM Therapy For Clinical Efficacy And Related Inflammatory Factors In Patients With Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect with psoriasis vulgaris with modern therapy of TCM,and peripheral blood of the variation in content of IL-6,IL-8 to explore the possible pathogenesis with psoriasis vulgaris and the mechanism of action of modern medicine.Methods:According to the inclusion criteriathe of psoriasis vulgaris to select 60 patients with psoriasis,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group treat with Rumison Ointment,Calcipotriol Ointment,Compound Glycyrrhizin,with modern therapy at the same time,the control group only given Rumison Ointment,Calcipotriol Ointment,Compound Glycyrrhizin,4 weeks for a course of treatment,3 course of treatment,to observe the change of PASI,HAMA and HAMD score before and after the treatment in patients with psoriasis,and the content change of IL-6,IL-8 in peripheral blood.In addition to select 30 healthy volunteers as normal group.Results:1.After treatment,two group of PASI score were lower,the treatment group was lower than the control group obviously(P<0.01).2.Patients with psoriasis vulgaris before treatment,peripheral blood content of IL-6,IL-8 is significantly higher than healthy controls(P<0.01),after treatment,treatment group of peripheral blood IL-6 levels significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),peripheral blood IL-8 levels significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).3.After treatment,two group of HAMA and HAMD scores were lower,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The modern therapy of TCM could improve symptoms such as anxiety and depression in patients with psoriasis,and effectively accelerate the remission patients with lesions,and speed up the lower in patients with IL-6,IL-8 and other inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood content.2.The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in peripheral blood content of patients with psoriasis vulgaris have a certain extent affect to patients skin lesion severity,presents a certain correlation.3.The degree of anxiety and depression of patients with psoriasis vulgaris have a certain positive correlation with the severity of the skin lesion,with the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms,skin to some extent improve accordingly.
