Clinical Analysis Of 830 Case Endometriosis Treated By Laparoscopy

Object To analysis the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with postoperative medicine treatment to endometriosis.Method 830 case endometriosis from 2002-2005 of our hospital were analysis by retrospective study. Compare the recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of different drug postoperative therapy.Result Danazol group: the half-year, one-year, two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 4.5%, 5.8%, 18.9% and 25.7%, 31.4%, 43.3% respectively. Gestrinone group: the half-year, one-year, two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 5.5%, 8.4%, 21.4% and 17.5%, 28.3%, 54.1% respectively. GnRH-αgroup: the half-year, one-year, two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 11.5%, 18.0%, 43.8% and 33.3%, 33.3%, 62.5% respectively, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets group: the half-year, one-year, two-year postoperative recurrence rate is 6.5%, 9.7%, 16.6% respectively. Traditional Chinese medicine group: the half-year, one-year, two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 3.6%, 8.4%, 26.9% and 33.3%, 35.2%, 59.5% respectively. StageⅠ: the-half year, one-ear, two-ear postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 1.7%, 1.7%, 6.6% and 56.5%, 61.9%, 80.0%. StageⅡ: the half-year, one-year,two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 7.0%, 7.0%, 15.9% and 23.1%, 33.3%, 53.8% respectively. StageⅢ: the half-year, one-year, two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 5.2%, 7.7%, 21.8% and 17.9%, 25.3%, 50.0% respectively. StageⅣ: the half-year, one-year,two-year postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate is 6.8%, 14.9%, 33.0% and 19.2%, 19.2%, 36.4% respectively.Conclusion As for endometriosis, laparoscopy combined with postoperative medicine treatment can decrease the recurrence rate and increase the pregnancy rate. In stageⅢandⅣthe recurrence rate of Traditional Chinese medicine group is higher than the other group. There is no statistical meaning in pregnancy rate among each group. The best time for pregnancy half a year after operation.
