Effect Of Recurrence And Spontaneous Pregnancy Of Ovarian Endometriosis After Laparoscopy Combined With Leuprorelin Therapy

Objective:To investigate the effect of recurrence and spontaneous pregnancy of ovarian endometriosis after Laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin therapy and analyze relevant factors for recurrence and spontaneous pregnancy after surgery.Method:A total of 170 patients with ovarian endometriosis underwent laparoscopy in the Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from January 2011 to March 2016 and all comfirmed by pathology.Collected the general informations of patients and records of operation note,follow-up the informations of drug after surgery,pregnancy and recurrence after surgery.Follow-up deadline is March 2018,136 patients completed the follow-up.They were divided into group A and group B,Group A was laparoscopic surgery group(70 cases in total)and Group B was laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin therapy group.To investigate the effect of recurrence and spontaneous pregnancy of endometriosis after Laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin therapy.Then analyze relevant factors for recurrence and spontaneous pregnancy of endometriosis after surgery.Result:1.In 136 cases,recurred 30 cases,the total recurrence rate within 2 years after laparoscopy are 22.1%,group A recurred 23 cases,recurrence rate of group A are 32.9%,group B recurred 7 cases,recurrence rate of group B are 10.6%.recurrence rate of group A is higher than group B,There is statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).2.The total efficiency of clinical efficacy of group A are 74.3%,group B are 94.7%.The total efficiency of clinical efficacy of group A is lower than group B;There is statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).3.64 cases of infertility in 136 cases,the total spontaneous pregnancy rate within 2 years after laparoscopy are 40.6%,31 cases of infertility in group A and spontaneous pregnancy rate after laparoscopy are 35.5%,33 cases of infertility in group B and spontaneous pregnancy rate after laparoscopy are 45.5%,the rate of group B is higer than group A,but There is no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).4.For recurrence of ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopy,there are statistically significant difference in age at surgery,laparoscopic operation combined leuprorelin treatment and pregnancy after surgery(P<0.05).5.For spontaneous pregnancy of endometriosis relevant infertility after laparoscopy,there is statistically significant difference in duration of infertility(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin therapy can significantly improve the total efficiency of clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate of ovarian endometriosis within 2 years after surgery.2.Laparoscopy combined with leuprorelin treatment can not significantly increase the rate of spontaneous pregnancy of ovarian endometriosis after surgery.3.For recurrence of ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopy,there are statistically significant difference in age at surgery,laparoscopic operation combined leuprorelin treatment and pregnancy after surgery.
