This study of different levels of community health services of the Daqing Oilfield Enterprises owned medical institutions develop the status of investigations and comparison and analyse and Summing up successful experience.and analysis of the existing problems. Thus positive proposals is benefit of community health service development, In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the country and benefit the people.2.
