Comparative study on antioxygenic activity of mixed fermentation amylase. Pure-blood Ferment Ganoderma lucidum; Tricholoma matsutake Fruitbodies and Aweto , mixed ferment Ganoderma lucidum and Tricholoma matsutake Fruitbodies ; Ganoderma lucidum and Aweto; Tricholoma matsutake Fruitbodies and Aweto; Ganoderma lucidum, Tricholoma matsutake Fruitbodies and Aweto, centrifuge culture to get exocellular culture fluid. Methods Sulphuric acid-phenol method was used to analyze the polysaccharide contents, Ganoderma lucidum pure-blood fermentation has the most polysaccharides content(52.08g/L). Crude polysaccharide is obtained from each culture fluid by precipitation with ethanol,Sevag reaction system is use to removal proteins. Polysaccharides of culture can eliminate hydroxyl redical produced by Fenton Reaction system,Tricholoma matsutake Fruitbodies and Aweto system has the largest clearance rate for·OH (59.9% ),and the clearance rate for O2- is 47%,The inhibition of polysaccharides to the lip id peroxidation of the erythrocyte membrane was 18% .Conclution: mixed fermentation significantly increases inhabiting radical rate.
