The Extraction, Separation And Identification Of Active Constituents Of Rattan Peel Of Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.)Baill

Schisandra chinensis Baill is a plants of Magnoliaceae,which were distributed over the northeast of China,Hebei,Shanxi provinces and so on.It had very important pharm-aceutic value.Clinical researches indicated that it had the effect of stimulating central nervous system,relieving cough,anti-aging, anti-virus,and so on.But most studies on Schisandra chinensis Baill are focus on the part of fruits and there is few studies on rattan peel of Schisandra chinensis Baill at present.If the rattan peel of Schisandra chinensis Baill have the similar constituments as fruit of Schisandra chinensis Bail,we can not only use natural resources thoroughly, but also increase income of peasants.In order to reach the aim, the paper had done the work as follows:1. we determined the content of lignin in fruit of Schisandra chinensis Baill,cane stem of Schisandra chinensis Baill and rattan peel of Schisandra chinensis Baill. The result is that the content of the Schisandrins A in the Schisandra chimensis Baill rattan peel was similar with in the Schisandra chimensis Baill fruit and Schisandrins B was about 30% of the Schisandra chimensis Baillf ruit.2.research of extracting technology:firstly we sieved the extraction technology of lignin of Schisandra chinensis Bail using orthogonal test. we evalued the result by the extraction efficiency of total lignin.The best extraction technology as follow:The optimum extareting condition was to add 8 times amount of 80% ethnaol,refluxing and extareting for 2h every time two times totally.Secondly,To study the purification technology of Schisandra chinensis lignin fraction. The optimum purification technology of Schisandra chinensis lignin fraction as follow:the loading capacity of extration of alcohol of rattan peel Schisandra chimensis Baill was 22mL/g,eluted with alcohol of 95%and velocity of flow of 1.0 mL/min.3.we gave a comprehensive researches on the rattan peel of S. chinensis. Baill We obtained five compounds using several kinds of solvent systems, purified by recrystallization repeatly.We identified their constructures on the basis of chemical and spectroscopy evidence (1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HPLC) they are as follow:Gomisin M(Ⅰ),Schisandrin C(Ⅱ),Schisandrin A(Ⅲ),β-Sitosterol(Ⅳ),Schisandrin B(Ⅴ)。...
