Nowadays the society is an important era that the new and high technology develops rapidly. The modern reproductive intervention technology has had a rapid progress by the exploration of scientists. The modern reproductive intervention technology can control and intervene the human reproduction. It supplies the unprecedented solution for couples of unexplained infertility and also induces ethical controversies which puzzle the human being. It is essential that we make the philosophical reflection of ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology. It has the theoretical meaning and realistic meaning to study ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology.This paper comprises five parts, which discuss the philosophical reflection of ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology. The first part discusses the conception and classification of the modern reproductive intervention technology. The second part reveals ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology and also discusses its particularity. The third part discusses the philosophical reflection of ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology from the .aspect of human nature, right and dignity, taking the ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology as a research object. It claims that the modern reproductive intervention technology influences the natural attribute of the human being by the manipulation of natural body and the control of natural reproduction process. Meanwhile, it changes the social relationship of the human being such as blood relationship and marriage relationship to limit the personality development and the socialization process of off springs. It claims the gene privacy right, the informed consent right and the self-determination right during the research and application of the modern reproductive intervention technology to seek its implementation. It discusses the disregard of the dignity from aspects of the non-naturalization of the mode of reproduction and the absolution of Gene Determinism and the objedification of the human subject. The forth part discusses the reason of ethical issues of the modern reproductive intervention technology to clarify the ethical controversies and to seek a reasonable method of the solution of the ethical difficulties. The last part reveals that the mode of reproduction has a tendency of diversification with the development of the modern reproductive intervention technology. The human may suffer disasters if we disregard the management of the modern reproductive intervention technology. It is essential that we develop the sense of duty of scientists and give play to the supervision of laws so as to advocate the behaviors of the human being.
