Etiology Analysis Of Female Infertility In 232 Cases In Xin Jiang Province

Objective To investigate the etiology of female infertility and to direct the clinical treatments,avoding infertility occurence. Methods According to the standard of WHO infertility, 232 infertile women were collected in our Assistant Reproductive Center from June2007 to January2008. We did the etiological survey by inquiring the medical histories , healthy checking and relative accessory examinations. Results Among the 232 infertile women , the number of primary sterile patients were 140 cases,while the number of secondary ones were 92 cases . Inflammatory factors accounted for 53.45 % , which was the first factor in the female infertility ; Disorders of ovulation accounted for 26.29%, which was the secondary factor in the female infertility;Others accounted for 20.26%. Conclusions The main causes of female infertility was inflammatory factors, which was the important factor of infertility. We should care for women's health ,especially the reproductive infection. The prevention and t reatment are both important in dealing with the infertility.
