C-reactive Protein Levels In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients And Its Relationship To Using Different Dialysis Membrane And Dialysis Modalities

Objective:Firstly,we explore the microinflammatory state of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients by the C-reactive protein(CRP) levers of health peoples and MHD patients.Then,detecting the CRP increase levers of MHD patients in dialysis process to explore the microinflammatory state changes by using different dialysis membrane(GFSpuls12 and polyflns6LR) and dialysis modalities(polyflns6LR and polyfuls17R),and research the methods to depressing microinflammatory state of MHD patients.Methods:We firstly got thirty health people(14men,16women,mean age 46.28±17.35 years)and thirty four MHD patients(22men,12women,mean age 50.29±15.48), detect CRP levers of health people and MHD patients.Then we detected thirty four MHD patients' CRP levers at 0 hour'2 hours'4 hours during dialysis process using different dialysis membrane and dialysis modalities(GFSpuls12,polyflns6LR and polyfuls17R).All MHD patients were in stable conditions,without tumor,liver disease,infections and immunologic disease,All health people had not previous history of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular,liver,renal and endocrine diseases.None suffered acute or chronic infections.Results:It has statistical significance between MHD patients' CRP levers and health people's CRP levers(t=5.42,P=0.000).MHD patients' CRP levers is higher than health people's CRP levers.The CRP increase levers of MHD patients in dialysis process by using different dialysis membrane(GFSpuls12 and polyflns6LR) and dialysis modalities(polyflns6LR and polyfuls17R) have a increase tendency,The increase tendency have statistical signifcance between 0 hour's CRP levers and 2 hour's CRP levers and also between of 2 hour's CRP levers and 4 hour's CRP levers.The CRP's increase lever hasn't statistical significance by using different dialysis membrane(P＞0.05), but the CRP's increase lever has statistical significance by using different dialysis modalities(P＜0.05).Conclusion:It exists microinflammatory state in MHD patients.It can't effect CRP increase levers of MHD patients by using different dialysis membrane, but it can effect CRP increase levers of MHD patients by using different dialysis modalities.
