PART1 The expression CXCR4 mRNA in prostate cancer tissue and cells ObjectiveTo study the expression of CXCR4 mRNA in PCa tissue , normal prostate tissue, PC-3m cells , MCF-7cells and SaOS-2 cells.MethodsThe way of RT-PCR was used to study the expression of CXCR4 mRNA in normal prostate tissue, PCa tissue , PC-3m cells ,MCF-7 cells and SaOS-2 cell.ResultsThere are obvious band appears out in prostate cancer tissue , PC-3m cells and MCF-7cells in the way of RT-PCR, but the band did not occur in normal prostate tissue and SaOS-2 cells.ConclusionsThere are obvious expression of CXCR4 mRNA in PCa tissue and PC-3m cells and it did not occur in normal prostate tissue. It appears that the expression of CXCR4 has apparently speciality in PCa tissue and PC-3M cells. PART 2 The expression of cxcr4 receptors in the prostate cancer of mature maleObjectiveTo study the expression of CXCR4 receptors in the PC-3m cell , prostate cancer tissue and normal prostate tissue at the level of receptor protein.MethodsWe use the way of immunohistochemistry to study the expression of CXCR4 receptors in PC-3M cells, prostate cancer tissue and normal prostate tissue..ResultsThere are obvious expression of CXCR4 receptor protein in PC-3m cell and prostate cancer tissue in the way of immunohistochemistry.But there are no expression appears out in normal prostate tissue.ConclusionsThe results indicate that there are obvious expression of CXCR4 receptors in PC-3m cells and prostate cancer tissue. There are no obvious expression of CXCR4 receptors in normal prostate tissue.
