Objective:1.Comparing the difference of GPR30 expression in the villi of the normal early pregnancy group and the embryo damage group by analyzing the expression of GPR30 in the villi of the patients with ambryo damage and normal early pregnancy,To explore the expression significance of new estrogen receptor GPR30 in ambryo damage,preliminary study on the cause of embryo damage;2.By analyzing the expression of GPR30 and ER,PR in villi of patients with ambryo damage and normal early pregnancy,to explore the relationship between ER,PR and GPR30.Methods: From March 2017 to March 2018,100 cases of ambryo damage and normal early pregnancy were selected from the first Hospital of Changsha City.The expression level of GPR30,ER and PR in villi was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Microscopic camera observation,drawing,MOTIC6.0 image software quantitative analysis,calculation of the average gray value.The average grayscale value was inversely correlated with GPR30,ER and PR in villi.The average gray value was large,while the positive expression was weak,and the average gray value was small,and the positive expression was strong.The statistical software of SPSS21.0 was used to test the mean number of samples in groups.The linear correlation analysis(P < 0.05)showed that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.The average gray value of GPR30 in villi of ambryo damage women was 133.67 ±13.86,and the average gray value of GPR30 in villi of normal early pregnant women was 99.95 ±11.70.The expression of GPR30 in villi of normal early pregnancy group was higher than that of ambryo damage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The average gray value of ER in villi of ambryo damage women was139.50 ±12.74,and that in villi of normal early pregnancy group was 122.43 ±11.88.The expression of ER in villi of normal early pregnancy group was higher than that of ambryo damage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The average gray value of PR of ambryo damage women was 139.24 ±9.32,and that in villi of normal early pregnancy group was 125.41 ±12.90.The expression of PR in villi of normal early pregnancy group was higher than that of ambryo damage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between ER and PR in the villous of embryo damage group(r = 0.979,P < 0.05),and there was a positive correlation between ER and PR expression.Comparison between GPR30 and ER expression was statistically significant(r=0.983,P < 0.05),and GPR30 and ER expression were positively correlated.GPR30 and PR expression were statistically significant(r=0.984,P < 0.05),and GPR30 and PR were positively correlated.Conclusion:1.The expression of GPR30,ER and PR in the villi of ambryo damage group was significantly lower than that in the normal early pregnancy group,It is suggested that the decline of GPR30,ER and PR plays an important role in the occurrence of ambryo damage.2.GPR30,ER and PR have a positive correlation in the expression of embryo damage,which indicats that they may interact with each other in the occurrence of embryo damage.
