Along with the joining of those private and foreign hospitals, the competition in the medical market is tending to be furious. And then it is so important for each hospital that how to keep and attract those excellent talents. As the main part of hospitals, doctors now are flowing a little frequently and even accepting extra money, which is largely resulted by that the value of their human capital cannot be paid adequately. Therefore, the issue on the compensation incentive to the human capital of the doctors should be emphasized in all the hospitals. Relatively, the compensation incentive to those doctors in governmental-hospitals is insufficient. Hence, this dissertation puts forward the solution to the problem of compensation incentive from the point of the value of human capital in which the measure to the value of doctor's human capital becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Then, this paper goes on research from the following respects:First of all, summarizing the changes in today's medical environment and the existing problems, this paper points out the necessity for the hospitals especially those governmental-hospitals to establish doctors' compensation incentive system.Secondly, it reviews and comments on those theories in and abroad related to measuring the value of human capital and compensation incentive. Giving that the establishment of reasonable compensation incentive system is on the basis of the measure to the doctor's human capital, it is necessary to summarize some related theories especially theories on measuring the value of human capital based on which it sets up the measuring model on the value of doctor's human capital.Thirdly, combined with document and questionnaire study, it analyzes the actuality of doctors' compensation incentive in existence, concludes and summarizes the main existing problems, which demonstrates more the necessity and the importance of the measure to the value of doctor's human capital.Then, in the fourth chapter, considering the former theoretic research and the analysis on the characteristics of doctors' human capital and the factors affecting the measure to the value of human capital, it provides the measuring method, establishes the model of measuring the value of doctor's human capital and what's more verifies it.Lastly, combined the compensation incentive theory, this paper sets up the compensation incentive system tentatively based on the value of doctors' human capital.This paper has proposed the model of measuring the value of doctor's human capital and finished some related demonstration based on the theory and research on the actuality of doctors' compensation incentive, and finally provides the compensation incentive system of doctors' human capital.
