Background and Objective:In recent years,the study of perioperative have made considerable progress. It also have significant results in the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function research.A considerable amount of research has confirmed that,as momentum after gastrointestinal disorders will affect patients in many ways,this reveals the importance of resume after surgery. It has been a fact that surgical treatments have been widely used and played more and more important roles in most of the hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Discussing the mechanism of TCM in period of operation will help to develop the academic theory and improve the diagnosisand treatments in surgery of TCM.Granule moxibustion is one of the orthodox curative method of TCM.This study focused on the treatment to recover gastrointestinal dynamic anastate of abdominal operation with granule moxibustion,aiming to rich the practical extent of granule moxibustion in abdominal surgery.Method:Designed the questionary with described the all-round information of four diagnostic methods of stomach organ' s disease.According to the principle of random,Patients will be divided into treatment and control groups.Control group using conventional methods,Including fasting and ban drink, gastrointestinal decompression,anti-infective,rehydration support,and so on.In the early postoperative,doctors Guide Patients activities in the bed. In the control group,the treatment group on the basis of plus Granule moxibustion treatment,Treatment sites including bilateral Zusanli,bilateral Shangjuxu,and bilateral Xiajuxu.According to card-based classification Point-choice treatment.Blood stasis Choose Tianshu,Terrestrial Change,qi asthenia choose Qihai region,Guanyuan,blood-deficiency choose Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan.From the first day after surgery,Treatment methods used granule moxibustion in 9-11 in the morning when the day,Point to 4-6 in each of the treatment.The observation indicators including the degree of abdominal distention,the time of bowel sound recovery,the time of passage of gas by anus.Set up a database with questionnaire data and information.Through statistical analysis method,Discussing the role of granule moxibustion in operation on abdominal region.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment and the control group was 89.3% and 64.3%respectively(P＜0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal motility,the bowel sound recover time of passage of gas by anus were significant improved(P＜0.05).The role of granule moxibustion in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery is in the affirmative.Conclusion:1.Confirmed by further clinical study,gastrointestinal lower He point in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery is effective,and can be significantly improved postoperative gastrointestinal function.2.Performance after Syndrome Including blood stasis,qi asthenia, blood-deficiency.Through the dialectic of moxibustion treatment,can speed up recovery afteroperation.3.Through clinical observation,the mechanism of moxibustion can be further confirmed,the role of granule moxibustion in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery is in the affirmative.
