The Effect Of Shenfu Injection On The Stability Of Circulation During Induction Of General Anesthesia For Aged People

Objective We set up the study to observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on the hemodynamics and the function of circulation after Induction of General Anesthesia for aged people.Then we could grade up the medication in inductive phase for aged people.Method Sixty aged people(ASA physical statusâ…¡-â…¢,age 65-74 yr)who would have tracheal intubation and grouped them randomly in 2 groups.There were 30 people in each group.The experimental group received Shenfu Injection with intravenous drip(1 ml/kg) before induction of anesthesia and the controlled group just received normal sodium with intravenous drip(6ml/kg)at the same time.anesthesia was induced by using a TCI of propofol with an initial target plasma concentration of 2.5ug/ml,fentanyl 3ug/kg and vecuronium 0.1mg/kg 15 minutes after the end of intravenous drip,and then the tracheal intubation.We observed the SBP,DBP,HR,CVP,SpO₂,the ST segment at the different time from the people getting into the operating room to the end of tracheal intubation of both groups.The dose and frequency of atropine and ephedrine we applied in inductive phase were also observed in each group.Result Compared with at the time people getting into operating room(T₁),of the experimental group,the level of CVP at T₂(the end of intravenous drip)was higher,the level of SBP and DBP were lower at T₄(the time of the lowest level of SBP in inductive phase),the level of SBP,DBP,CVP were lower and heart rate was faster at T₆(the time after tracheal intubation).Of the control group,compared with at T₁,the level of CVP at T₂ was higher,the level of SBP,DBP were lower and the heart rate was slower at T₄,the level of SBP,DSP were lower but heart rate was faster and the level of CVP was higher at T₆.For the difference of each index at the different time points and at T₁,compared with the controlled group,the difference of the level of CVP at T₂ and at T₁ was lower,the difference of the level of SBP and DBP and the difference of the heart rate at T₄ and at T₁ were lower of the experimental group,and also at T₆ and T₁.The effective power of Shenfu Injection on improving the ST segment in inductive phase was high,at about 94%.The dose and frequency of atropine and ephedrine we applied in experimental group were also less than controlled group.Conclusion Shenfu Injection could step down the fluctuation of blood press and heart rate in induction of general anesthesia for aged people effectively.It could prevent and improve myocardial ischemia.It also could reduce the using of vasoactive agent in induction of general anesthesia for aged people.
