An Observation Of The Therapeutic Effects With R-CHOP Regimen In Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination of Rituximab and CHOP regimen in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL). Methods 25 patients diagnosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphgma and received R-CHOP regimen of 6 cycles.Rituximab 375mg/m2 intravenously infusion on day 1,cyclophosphamide 750mg/m2,pirarubicin 50mg/m2 and vinorelbine 40mg on day 2,prednisone 90mg/d orally taken on day 2-6.Results The total response rate was 92%,and complete remission was seen in 13 patients(CRR:52%),unconfirmed complete remission was seen in 4 patients(CruR:16%)and partial remission was seen in 6 patients(PRR:24%).The major adverse event was myelosuppression,only one dose of rituximab infusion related-toxicity was observed.Conclusions R-CHOP regimen had high efficacy with mild toxicity,and may become a first-line therapy of DLBCL.
