The Analysis Of Serum Level Of Adiponetin,Resistin And CRP In Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective : To observe the serum level of adiponetin,resis-tin,CRP in patients with ACS,and the changes of them aftert the therapy,evaluate their possible roles in the devolopment of the AS。Method:20 normal control subjects(normal group,NG)and 36 patients with ACS,which were divided into acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group(18 cases)and unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group(18cases)。Fasting serum level of diponetin,resistin and CRP were measured with enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay in them ; meanwhile , BP,BMI,total cholesterol ( TC ),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-c ) were measured。Fasting serum level of adiponetin,resistin and CRP were also measured with enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay in the patients with ACS。Compared the differences of adiponetin,resistin and CRP among subgroups and groups;And the changes of them pre-and–post hospital were also compared in the patients with ACS。SPSS 11.0 was used for statistical analysis , the quantitative data were written as mean±standard deviation( x±s),student t test and F test were used for data comparison,p<0.05 means significant difference。Results:The serum level of CRP,resistin in ACS patients were significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P<0.05),and the serum level of them in AMI group were higher than that in UAP group(P<0.05)[resist:(NGvsUAPvsAMI)=(6.94±0.90ug/L)vs(10.42±0.7ug/L)vs(12.49±0.88ug/L);CRP:(NGvsUAPvsAMI) =(0.35±0.15mg/L)vs(0.89±0.11mg/L)vs(1.12±0.13mg/L)];The serum level of adponetin in ACS patients was lower than that in healthy controls(P<0.05),and the serum level of it in AMI group was lower than that in UAP group ( P<0.05 )[NGvsUAPvsAMI=(12.63±1.0mg/L)vs(9.21±0.84mg/L)vs(7.72±0.79 mg/L)]。The serum level of adiponetin and resistin,CRP were negatively correlated,but th serum level of resistin and CRP were positively correlated before the therapy in patients of ACS。After the therapy,the serum level of resistin [(10.42±0.7ug/L) vs(8.02±0.76ug/L)] and CRP[(0.89±0.11mg/L)vs(0.84±0.11mg/L)]were lower than before and the adiponetin serum level [(9.21±0.84mg/L)vs(9.65±0.88mg/L)] was higer than before(P<0.05)in UAP group;in AMI group,the serum level of adiponectin and resistin had the same changes but P>0.05 and the CRP serum level was higer than before[(1.12±0.13mg/L)vs(1.15±0.13mg/L)](P<0.05)。Conclusion:(1)CRP is a sensitive inflammtory marker;meanwhile,it has a remarkble effect to the inflammtory and participates in the devolopment of the AS。(2)Adiponectin and resistin may be important risk factors in coronary artery disease。(3)The plasma level of adiponectin and resistin may be used to assess the seve -rity of coronary artery stenosis,and connect the coronary heart disease with endocrtin tightly。The plasma level of adiponectin may be a protective factor of coronary heart disease。(4) meanwhile,the correlation of them with CRP may promote the development of atherosclerosis。...
