Objective: In the present artificial abortion operation is widely used,and the using of propofol during artificial abortion operation hasbeen for a long time,but the Target-controlled Infusion of Propofolusing espacially using effect compartment Model now is not so common.In this research,by applying the Target-controlled Infusion of Propofol to artificial abortion operation,to observe the change of pharmcodynamics of propofol under target-controled infusion during artificial abortion operation using both effect compartment modol and plasma model ,in order to find a safty good mean in TCI.Methods: Eighty patients were divided into two groups randomly (n=40), group E (effective site target-controled infusion), group B (bloodtarget-controled infusion).After 1μg.kg-1 of fentanyl,propofol was infused at the target concentration of 4μg.kg.ml-1 (groupE) and 6μg.kg.ml-1 (groupB).Observe the change of effective time,recovery time,,HR,NIBP and SpO2 .Results: The effective time and recovery time of group E were lower than groupB significontly,but HR,NIBP was almost same in both groups.SpO2 of group E was lower than groupB at the same timeThe rate of supplying O2 and spont breathing of group E was higher than group B.Conclusion:Both effective site target-controlled infusion and blood target-controled infusion of propofol can be used during artificial abortion operation,effective site-controlled infusion can provides more fast in effective and recovery,but we must pay more attention to its inhabition of respiratiory function at the same time.
