At the same time, give them metronomic chemotherapy by taking low-dose of compound cyclophosphamide and compound tegafur.Evaluate the efficiency and the patients' quality of life. Results:The effective ratio of cases who received intrapleural injection of lentinan,IL-2 and IFN-γcombined with metronomic chemotherapy comes to 100%, and the CR ratio comes to 75%.And all patients improved their quality of life significantly. Conclusion:The effect of intrapleural injection of lentinan,IL-2 and IFN-γcombined with metronomic chemotherapy is significant in the treatment malignant pleural effusion. And it may be one useful method in clinic.
