| Objective: This experimental study is designed to research the effect of the prokinetic agents such as domperidone, mosapride, clarithromycin and itopride on the stomach and duodenum of the SD rats. Also wo can explore the mechanism of these drugs and provide the suggestion for clinic medicine. Methods: Use the method of implanting the electrodes in the SD rats living body .1. Use the organism functional experiment system BL-420E to record the activity of myoelectricity on the stomach and duodenum of the SD rats in the group of domperidone, mosapride, itopride , clarithromycin, and the control group of physiological saline when they are administered before or after on the interdigestive phase. 2. Also add the antagonists such as atropine, phentolamine and propranolol to get the message of the functional mechanism of kinds of prokinetic agents. Results: 1 .It could increase the amplitude and frequency of stomach and duodenum on the SD rats when the group of clarithromycin, domperidone, mosapride and itopride dealed with prokinetic agents. The results were significant different with the results before dealing with prokinetic agents(P < 0.05).And the changes of amplitude and frequency of stomach and duodenum on the SD rats were not statistically significant.2.The groups of clarithromycin ,domperidone, mosapride and itopride all could increase the amplitude and frequency of stomach and duodenum on the SD rats (P<0.05) .The effect of itopride was the most obvious in the three group (P<0.05). There were not obviously different between the domperidone group and mosapride group .And the clarithromycin group is the least obvious (P<0.05) .3. The amplitude and frequency of stomach and duodenum on the SD rats in the groups of clarithromycin ,dompericlone, mosapride , itopride and physiological saline were inhibited by atropine(P<0.05 ),but not phentolamine and propranolol. Conclusion: 1. Itopride, mosapride, domperidone, and clarithromycin can increase the amplitude and frequency of stomach and duodenum on the SD rats, and among the total ,itopride have the best power, second are mosapride and domperidone, and the least is clarithromycin.2. The functional mechanism of itopride, mosapride, and clarithromycin may be concerned with cholinergic receptors, but not adrenergic receptors. |
