Clinical Study On The Influence On IR And CRP Of Stage â…¢ Of Diabelic Nephropath With Drugs For Nourishing Yin, Suppressing Qi, Promoting Blood Circulationg And Resolving Phlegm

Objective:Diabetic nephropathy is one of common and serious complications of diabetes mellitus.In this researeh, to observe the therapeutic efficacy of shen-tang-kang decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy associated with insulin resistance and inflammation.Method:60 patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy associated with insulin resistance and inflammation were divided into 2 groups: the treatment group (30 patients) was treated with decoction of reinforcing Qi and Yin,and promoting blood circulation and clearing away the lipid.The treatment group is also given the basic treatments at the same time.The control group was treated with the basic treatments. All Patients were treated for 12 weeks. The TCM syndromes were observed.Moreover,FBG,PBG,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR,urinary albumin excretion rate were measured and compared before and 12 weeks after starting the treatment.Result:There are remarkable differences between the two groups on chief curative effects. The effect of the treatment group is much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group can not only lower the fasting insulin and the HOMA-IR, but also reduce the c-reactive protein,so that the urinary albumin excretion rate was reduced significantly. The effect of the curative group is much better than that of the control group obviously (P<0.05).Meanwhile, the curative group can also improve general symptoms.Conclusion:shen tang kang can improve clinical symptoms markedly. It has good effects on lowing not only the fasting insulin, the HOMA-IR, the c-reactive protein,but also the the urinary albumin excretion rate. Shen tang kang is a group of effective drugs on treating the early-stage of DN.If combined with regular western medieine, the effect will be much better.
