The Influence Of TCM Typing About Hp-Associated Chronic Gastritis After A Week Of Triple Therapy Anti-Hp

The Triple therapy is a common treatment for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-Associated Chronic Gastritis.The TCM typing about Hp-Associated Chronic Gastritis after a week of triple therapy anti-Hp may be changed.The different TCM typing maybe have different changes.The laws of changes maybe guide us to use Chinese medicine.Objective:The purpose of the research is to discover the laws of changes of the two different TCM typing,the "dampness-heat of spleen and stomach" type(called typeⅠ)and the "incoordination between liver and stomach" type(called typeⅡ),about Hp-Associated Chronic Gastritis after a week of triple therapy anti-Hp.Methods:First step,design a table which is used to collect the information about four diagnostic methods of each case and identify the type of each case.After a week of triple therapy anti-Hp,collect the information about four diagnostic methods of each case and identify the type of each case again.Second step, deal with the information about four diagnostic methods by statistical analysis.Compare the change of the type and the syndromes of the two types before and after Anti-Hp treatment.Results:1.The topic selected a total of 65 cases,including the typeⅠand the typeⅡ.There was no significant difference of the age distribution,Hp infection between the two types.There was significant difference of gender composition between the two types.Men were more than women of the typeⅠ.On the contrary, women were more than men of the typeⅡ.2.By gastroscope categoring,the two types,the cases of superficial gastritis were the most and the cases of atrophic gastritis were the lest. There was 77.42%of the typeⅠand 82.35%of typeⅡ.The cases of the typeⅠ(16.13%)were more than typeⅡ(8.82%)about the superficial gastritis with erosive.The cases of the typeⅡ(8.82%)were more than the typeⅠ(3.23%) about the Superficial gastritis with bile.3.As to the typeⅠ,after anti-Hp treatment,there was significant change of the syndrome of stomach pain or fullness(P＜0.05).The syndromes,anorexia, oppression in chest,nausea,bitter and sticky greasy in mouth,tired,loose stool,were no significant change(P＞0.05).As to the typeⅡ,after anti-Hp treatment,The syndromes,upper abdomen pain,pulse manifestation,fur,bitter sticky and greasy in mouth,thirst without desire to drink or drink warm water, had significant changes(P＜0.05).The cases of soft and moderate pulse or slippery pulse were more than before.The cases of yellow greasy fur became more.The syndromes,hypochondriac pain,bitter taste in mouth,oppression in chest,acid regurgitation,dizziness,sigh,were no significant change (P＞0.05).4.After anti-Hp treatment,on the cases of the typeⅡ,there were significant changes of TCM typing.There were 47.1%cases turned to the "dampness-beat of spleen and stomach and incoordination between liver and stomach" type(called typeⅢ)and 32.4%cases turned to the typeⅠ.On the cases of the typeⅠ,there was no significant change of TCM typing.Conclusion:1.In the cases of Hp-Associated Chronic Gastritis,Men were more than women about the typeⅠ.Women were more than men about the typeⅡ.2.By gastroscope categoring,the two types,Superficial gastritis were the most and Atrophic gastritis were the lest.The typeⅠwere more than typeⅡabout the superficial gastritis with erosive.The typeⅡwere more than the typeⅠabout the Superficial gastritis with bile.3.After anti-Hp treatment,47.1%cases of the typeⅡturned to the typeⅢand 32.%cases of it turned to the typeⅡ.The syndromes,pulse manifestation,fur,changed to the syndrome of dampness-heat.The syndromes, bitter sticky and greasy in mouth,thirst without desire to drink or drink warm water,changed more prominent.
