Ulti-analysis: Characteristics Of Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Of Myasthenia Gravis

Objective: To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of Myasthenia Gravis(MG) by way of multi-analysis and provid valuable evidence to pathogenesis and trentment.Method: Design a clinical questionnaire according to the clinical characteristics and the demands of traditional Chinese medical information collection of MG, by means of clinical epidemiological research, with the four diagnosis methods of clinical information of Chinese medical symptom, physical sign,glossa, and pulse collected from 216 MG cases, together with the professional knowledge and the way of thinking drawn out of clinical information analysis in traditional Chinese medicine;explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome and pathogenesis of MG by multi-statistical methods such as systematic cluster anaysis and Factor analysis.Result:(1)Analyzed by systematic cluster analysis and factor analysis the traditional Chinese medical syndromes in 208 of the 216 cases (96.27%) of posthepatitic cirrhosis could be classified.The syndromes of MG could be divided into 6 categories, which were Deficiency of spleen- yang and kidney-yang (76 cases) , deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin (26 cases) , deficiency of both qi and yin of spleen and kidney plus overabundance of dampness (30 cases) , insufficiency of spleen with overabundance of liver (17 cases) , insufficiency of spleen and kidney with overabundance of dampness and heat (33 cases), deficiency of both yin and yang (25 cases) . The traditional Chinese medical syndromes in the other 8 cases could not be classified.(2)In the 6 categories ,5 categories refer to spleen and kidney , among the 5 categories, 4 categories refer to spleen together with kidney , 4 categories refer to lung ,2 categories refer to liver, 1 categories refer to heart , Dampness as a pathological factor was included in 6 categories and induce complicated pathogenetic condition and difficult healing. Initially, it showed MG refer to five silid organ, but is mainly produced by the spleen and kidney, Deficiency of both spleen and kidney is the mainly pathogenesis of MG.(3)The fundamental pathogensis of MG is Deficiency of both spleen and kidney. Invigorate the qi and invigorate the spleen together with tonify the kidney is the medicative method of MG. It need to treat the spleen together with kidney ,and also need to invigorate the spleen and dispell dampnees.Conclusion:Basically spedking, multi-statistical methods such as systematic cluster analysis and factor analysis greatly show the characteristics and regularity of TCM syndrome of MG, MG is mainly produced by the spleen and kidney, Deficiency of both spleen and kidney is the mainly pathogenesis of MG.
