The Discussion About The Rules Of Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM, Therapeutic Method And Using Of Medication Of Endometriosis

[Objective]By collecting the literatures concern endometriosis of latest 12 years,and discussing the common rules of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,therapeutic method and constitution of medicine,the research has provided basis for therapeutic method,composing prescriptions and new drug development of traditional Chinese medicine of endometriosis.[Methods]Collect the 62 TCM clinical research literatures related to endometriosis that published in Chinese biomedical journals from Jan,1995 to Dec, 2007,with about 68 prescription used in total,and accompany with excel program for the Statistics analysis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, therapeutic method and using of Medication,the rules of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,therapeutic method and using of medication can be figured out.[Results]1.The Syndromes of endometriosis:the blood stasis type account for 30%;stagnation of Qi and blood stasis account for 23%;kidney deficiency and blood stasis account for 19%;cold stasis account for 10%;heat-stasis accumulation with account for 8%;the other types(phlegm and blood-stasis accumulation,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis and damp-stasis accumulation)account for 10%.2.The therapeutic method of endometriosis:Treatment with promoting Qi and removing blood - stasis account for 32%;replenishing kidney and dissolving blood stasis account for 18%;clearing heat and subduing swelling account for 16%;
