| The basic conception and application of Yin-Yang theory and Five Elements theory in TCM is reviewed systematically at the beginning of this thesis. Yin-Yang theory and Five Elements theory are widely used in explaining histolysis, physiological function pathological change. TCM is a valuable heritage of Chinese predecessors. The inheriting and developing for TCM have obtained many achievements which included the cure of difficult diseases, exploiture of effective drudgeries in the latest 50 years. But the research on the modernization of basic theory in TCM is very limited. Before long our great bequest will die down.Yin and Yang are the philosophical terms in TCM, and determining Yin and Yang is based on the qualitative theory founded through long-range practices. The theory of attributive channel means the selective action of medicine on certain Zang and Fu organ and channel, i.e. agent or target organ. It mainly depends on the viscera-state and channel theory, which is guiding Principle of Chinese herbal medicine. Modern research has found the attributive channel theory has close relation with the effective constituents' distribution in the body, the microelements of the herbal medicine, the Chinese medicine pharmacology and the receptor theory. The Five-Element Theory is the groundwork of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), but some people regard the Five-Element Theory as unscientific and only a guess, and at the same time, the Traditional ChineseMedicine cannot provide the modern scientific evidence to prove itself, consequently, little attention is paid to the Five-Element Theory. The correctness and inevitability of the Five-Element Theory are studied quantitatively by analyzing the parameters of sub-cluster. The result reveals that the difference in distribution of power elements of life is the essential foundation of the Five-Element Theory. Future experiments research of the attributive channel theory should be conducted with modern high-tech, in addition to strengthening the theoretical research.Because of its traditional Chinese philosophy expression the mechanics of the health maintenance by the Traditional Chinese Medicine is very difficult to be understood. Chemistry-physic and quantum sub-cluster statistic mechanics are used in this paper to explain the traditional theories in TCM. The quantitative criterion to classify the Yin and Yang of organs and Chinese herbs according to three parameters of sub-cluster (k, r1 r2) is first proposed in this article by investigating the electrophilic intensity. All the results in this thesis will dive the tempo of TCM modernization.According to the quantum sub-cluster statistic mechanics, high frequency Chinese medicines from hundreds of prescriptions were analyzed to find their statistical parameters (k, r1, r2) and meridian-tropism regularity. By using statistical parameters (k, r1 r2), Chinese medicines were classified into eight kinds. Unsureness and randomicity of traditional partition ways was improved onto the high level of modern theory. The organs and tissues in human body are divided into eight kinds of species, by means of calculating the statistic sub-cluster parameters of power elements of life exploiture. Analogously, parameters of sub-cluster of Chinese herbs are obtained. These numerical values will provide an effective approach for the explanation of the doctrine of the meridian and the theory of the five elements in the following article. The organs and tissues in human body are divided into eight types by means of calculating the statistical sub-cluster parameters of power elements of life quantitatively. Therefore, the relationship between the traditional theory of the five elements in China and quantum sub-cluster statistical parameters is concluded, due to which provide with scientific and reasonable testimony to the traditional theory of the five elements in TCM.The sub-cluster parameters of human organisms and various Chinese medicines are obtained respectively, through applying sub-cluster statistic mechanics.
