Analysis About Pregnancy Outcome And Combined Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine After Hysterolaparoscopy In Salpingemphraxis Infertility

Background and Objective:Infertility is a special reproductive defect,which is one kind of hot subjects of the reproductive medical domain.The obstruction or dysfunction of the fallopian tube is an important reason of female infertility,especially secondary infertility.Its morbility is about 30%～40%.In recent years,as the endoscopic technique develops,hysterolaparoscopy becomes more and more widely used in this field.But how to maintain the oviduct smooth,prevent re-adhere,improve pregnancy rate,lower the incidence rate of ectopic pregnancy,is still a question.A lot of researches indicate that pregnancy rate can be sublimed with combinational adjunctive therapies of both Chinese and Western medicine such as hydrotubation,Chinese medicine for oral use,coloclysis,or ex-pavement after hysterolaparoscopy.This research approaches the influence to pregnancy of such adjunctive therapies.Method:Analyze and follow up in-patients with salpingemphraxis infertility after hysterolaparoscopy in recent 3 years(2004.11-2007.11 in Foshan hospital of TCM).Basing on patients' treatment after operation,we divided into Therapy group and Vacant group.The treatment of Therapy group mainly use Chinese medicine for oral,the principle of which is activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and promoting qi circulation to remove meridian obstruction,plus or minus according to the syndrome;or add Chinese medicine cycle treatment;or enteroclysis with self-made medicine fluid;or add treatments as anti-inflammatory and follicle promotion;while the Vacant group don' t use any treatment after operation.Analyze the data and contrast the pregnancy rate.Result:The research indicates that the intrauterine pregnancy rate after operation of Therapy group is up to 32.4%,while the Vacant group is 14.3%. The comparison of the two groups has statistical significance,and we find that the pregnancy condition after operation has positive correlation with the condition of the fallopian tube,purely lysis of pelvic adhesions,usage of anti-stick agent and pelvic irrigation.While the sterility time,the numbers of the obstruction fallopian tube and the adherence of the pelvic has negative correlation with the intrauterine pregnancy rate after operation.Conclusion:In salpingemphraxis infertility,adjunctive therapy such as Chinese medicine for oral and enteroclysis after hysterolaparoscopy can improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate.
