Objective:To investigate the Effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (HanShi Fu Yan Ling Decoction)combined with hydrotubation on the infertility patients due to fallopian tube blockage diagnosed QI ZHI XUE YU syndrome.Methods:40 patients with infertility resulted from fallopian tube obstruction diagnosed QI ZHI XUE YU syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. The group of Combination traditional Chinese medicine (HanShi Fu Yan Ling Decoction) with hydrotubation was given to treatment group including 26 patients. At the same time the group of hydrotubation was given to control group including 14 patients. After one to six course of treatment, observing the Pregnant rate;the curative effect;the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the traditional Chinese medicine and the unobstructed degree of uterine tube. Results:The total of treatment group is 26,14 among the total is pregnancy, the pregnant rate is 53.85%,14 among the total is excellence, 8 among the total is utility,4 among the total is inefficacy. The total of control group is 14,4 among the total is pregnancy, the pregnant rate is 28.57%,4 among the total is excellence,5 among the total is utility,5 among the total is inefficacy. There is significant difference between them(P<0.05). Total effective rate is 84.62% in treatment group, it is 64.29% in control group,There is significant difference between them(P<0.05).After treatment the two groups can both decrease the pregnant rate;the curative effect;the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the traditional Chinese medicine and the unobstructed degree of uterine tube, but there is significant difference between two groups after treatmentConclusion:The method with the traditional Chinese medicine (HanShi Fu Yan Ling Decoction) can advance the blood circulation, and recover the function of uterine tube, so as to raise pregnancy rate.So choosing this method to treat the infertility resulted from fallopiantube obstruction diagnosed QI ZHI XUE YU syndrome has a certain prospect,it is necessary to further study mechanism of this method.
