Objective:To study the relationship between type 2 diabetic nephropathy and impaired lipid metabolism,hemoglobinA1c(HbA1c).In this study we maybe offer some help to early diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and postpone the progression of diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:87 patients with type 2 Diabetic Mellitus(2DM)(1999 WHO diagnostic standards),DM duration(8.7±6.2)years,45 male and 45 female,(58.5±11.4)years old.2DM patients were divided into three groups based on urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum creatinine(SCr),which include:group A: 29 cases without albuminuria,18 male and 11 female,(52.7±11.1)years old;group B:30 cases with microalbuminuria,13 male and 17 female,(62.3±9.7)years old;group C:28cases with macroalbuminuria 18 male and 11 female, (60.5±11.2)years old. After absolute diet for 12 hours venous blood were obtained in the next morning. We measured the levels of very low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(VLDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), total cholesterol(TC),plasma triglycerides(TG),HbA1c,SCr et al.All the statistical analysis were dealt with SPSS 13.0 software.Result:1.the duration:group B is longer than group A,group C is longer than group B;Differences of duration among the 3 groups are statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Level of TG:group A is higher than group B,group B is higher than group C,Differences of level of TG among the 3 groups are not statistically significant(P>0.05);3.Level of HDL-C and TC:group B is higher than group A,group C is higher than group B,Differences of level of HDL-C among the 3 groups are not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.The change of level of HbA1c,VLDL-C,LDL-C in 3 group have no regularity,so 3 group can't compare.5.Level of TG was negative correlation with UAER(P<0.05).Level of HDL-C was positive correlation with UAER(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Level of HbA1c has no correlation between UAER; 2.Level of TG was negative correlation with UAER;Level of HDL-C was positive correlation with UAER;...
