The Clinical Observation Of Modified Decoction Of Climacteric Heart Comfort Treating The Climacteric Heart

Objective:we evaluate objectively the effects of Decoction of Climacteric Heart Comfort in treatment of "Climacteric Heart".Methods:Ninty patients with"Climacteric Heart" were equally divided into three groups at random: Chinese crude drug group(treated with Decoction of Climacteric Heart Comfort), Western medicine group (treated with nilestrio-1 ), Gengniankang group (treated with Gengniankang pill).After two months, physical signs were observed and endocrine indexes were detected before and after treatments of tested agents for evaluation of the effects.Results:After treatment with Decoction of Climacteric Heart Comfort, There were improvement of clinical symptoms of Patients with"Climacteric Heart".In total effective rate and excellence rate, it was better than group of Gengniankang (P<0.05),and it was corresponding with Western medicine group (P>0.05).For the effects on endocrine system,Chinese crude drug group could make the levels of FSH and LH decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the changed level of E₂ was nonsense(P>0.05) before and after treatment. In groups' comparison, the levels of FSH and LH of Chinese crude drug group and Western medicine group were superior to Gengniankang group's(p<0.01) .There have no statistical significance in comparison of FSH and LH of Chinese crude drug group and Western medicine group (p>0.05).From the level of E₂, the three groups comparison did not have significant meaning(p>0.05). There wasn't significant side effects.Conclusion:The treatment of Decoction of Climacteric Heart Comfort could improve clinical syndrome and accommodate endocrine indexes of patients of Climacteric Heart. It is safe and has clinical value.
