Clinical Research On Climacteric Syndrome Treated By Nourish The Kidney And Disperse The Liver And Tranquilize The Heart Plus Psychotherapy

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of treating climacteric syndrome by using the method of Chinese herb and psychotherapy.Method: The sixty women,who were diagnosed as climacteric syndrome ,were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty cases as treatment group were treated with Chinese herb plus psychotherapy. Another thirty cases as control group were treated only with Chinese herb.The period of treatment was one month.We observed the changes of the clinical symptoms through the treatment respectively,adopting the improved Kupperman score in climacteric syndrome and the SDS score.Results: cure rate : the treatment group is 26.7%,the control group is 6.7%, P<0.05;the total effective rate: the treatment group is 83.3%,the control group is 76.7%, P>0.05.According to improved Kupperman score in climacteric syndrome, the treatment group has the superiority over the control group in improving many symptoms, such as abnormal feeling, emotional lability, dumps, suspicion, headache, palpitation, P<0.05; but there are better effects in treating emotional lability, dumps, suspicion, P<0.01.There is significant difference between the two groups after treating according to the SDS score ,P<0.05.Conclusion: There is wider foreground in treating this disease because of the preferable clinical effects...
