Electro Acupuncture Acupuncture Treatment By The Tendons Node Stroke Spastic Of The Clinical Observation

Objective:Of electro-acupuncture to stimulate the tendon junction of spastic paralysis in stroke treatment.Methods:Fugl-Meyer used motor function score,improving the Barthel index score,neurological impairment score and clinical efficacy as an indicator,Clinical comparison of the tendons of acupuncture by the node (the treatment group)and the traditional Point(control)of spastic paralysis after a stroke in patients with motor function,daily living and degree of neurological deficit improve the situationResults:Clinical observations show that the treatment group and control group in the Fugl-Meyer score of motor function and activities of daily living score and neurological impairment score after treatment than before treatment were significantly different(P＜0.05).One Fugl-Meyer motor function score and ability to score in the daily life of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05),The total effective rate of 83.33%。Conclusions:The tendons node can effectively improve the treatment of spasticity in patients with hemiplegia the movement and activities of daily living,can effectively reduce stroke in patients with spastic hemiplegia neurological impairment,thereby enhancing the quality of life.
