| Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a kind of inflammatory autoimmunity disease. It is one of serious chronic diseases which threat public healthy in the world, the mechanism ofoutbreak is complicated, there are still no effective therapies for RA now. Qufengzhitong tang is based on the experiences of national famous Professor KangGuangSheng and has been used to treat Arthralgia Syndrome for decades. Its clinic therapeutic effect is outstanding. My topic is investigation object of Qufengzhitong tang, and takes the RA as the investigation cut-in point, and makes deeply investigation of the recipe in the contribution of anti-inflammatory and immunity, and mechanism of action of treatment of RA.Objective: invest the mechanism of action of treatment of RA and compatibility significance of Qufengzhitong tang.Methods: take adjuvant induced arthritis rat as experiment model, treat with Qufengzhitong tang and Tripterygium Glycosides in different groups. Observe the weight, the paw swelling and the express of inflammatory cytokines. Explore the anti-inflammation, immunity and partial treatment mechanism to RA of Qufengzhitong tang and it's decompositiom.Result:(1)Qufengzhitong tang has obviously effect of anti-inflammation, inhibition swelling of arthritis and improve the Whole condition of rats. (2) Qufengzhitong tang can retain the excessive inflammatory cytokines of IL-1β, TNF-α,and improve the level of IL-2, so as to give play to anti-inflammation and immunity adjust.Conclusions: Qufengzhitong tang could exert therapeutic effect on primary inflammation and preventive effect on secondary inflammation in rats with arthritis induced by Freund's complete adjuvant. |
