| ObjectiveTo discuss and research the influence of special education and rehabilitation therapy on cognitional function disturbance of mental retardation of preschool children and compare variation of curative effect between traditional Chinese medical therary and routine treatment for finding a more effective method to improve cognitional function disturbance of mental retardation of preschool children.MethodsTo use randomized block design.15 children with mental retardation were randomly divided into 3 groups.There were 5 children in each group. All children were treated by routine special education.Group A received special ultrasonic therapy,group B received routine ultrasonic therapy and group C only received special education.All the children received correlation appraisal before the experiment and the end.Results1.There is a significant difference both group A and group C after 12 weeks of treatment in appraisal consequence of intelligence and social adaptive behavior(P<0.05)and a same results both two treatment groups and control group after 24 weeks follow-up visit(P<0.05).there is very significant difference between group A and group C in intelligence after 24 weeks follow-up visit(P<0.01).2.There is a significant difference both treatment groups and control group after 12 weeks treatment and 24 weeks follow-up visit in latent period and amplitude wave of P300(P<0.05). group A and group C has very significant difference in latent period in 24 weeks follow-up visit(P<0.01).3.All the results can show the group A is better than group B but there is no statistical significance.Conclusion1.integrative rehabilitation therapy is better than solo special education in cognition functional disturbance.2.It is a sensitive index that using P300 to detect cognition functional disturbance of preschool children 3.The special ultrasonic therapy is better than routine ultrasonic therapy and the special therapy is easy accepted by children for without pain and without traumatic. |
