Systematical research of the compound prescription of TCM has been performed in this study Cataplasmata is used to treat cancer pain. The contents of the study include:1.the study of extraction technology;2.the study of formation technique;3.the study of in vitro transdermal absorption;4.the study of quality standard;5.the study of initial stability;6. the study of pharmacodynamics. The alcohol extraction technology of Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Linderae and Chelidonium maius L;the technology-shenlu of Daphne giraldii Nitsche. The optimum proportion of matrix for the preparation process of Fufangchansuzhentong Cataplasmata is selected by orthogonal test. Modeling technique of Fufangchansuzhentong Cataplasmata is further ascertained. A check-up for adhesive power, nonflowing, content of cream is founded. The result shows Fufangchansuzhentong Cataplasmata which is made by preparation condition of this test accords with concerned regulations of Cataplasmata. Using Franz diffusion pool, the penetration amount of Puerarin in Fufangchansuzhentong Cataplasmata at different times was compared rapidly by HPLC. Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis, Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii,Radix Puerariae Lobatae,Rhizoma Et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati, Boswellia Carteri Binelw,Commj Rhora Myrrha,Sanguis Draconis and Borneolum Syntheticum are qualitatively tested by TLC. Puerarin is quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. The experiments show that Fufangchansuzhentong Cataplasmata has good stability in three months. The study of pharmacodynamics show that Fufangchansuzhentong Cataplasmata have a value for clinic and a feasibility for further development.
