Research On The Standardization Of TCM Syndromes Of The Childhood Bronchitis

Objectives:To establish the standards of Chinese medical syndrome differentiation of the childhood bronchitis preliminarily.Furthermore,to lay the foundation for the establishment of industry standard by using the the method of Delphi to research the standardization of TCM syndromes of the childhood bronchitis.Methods:Based on consulting the prophase medical literature,the research members debated collectively and formed the first cycle of the experts'questionnaire.After analyzing the experts' questionnaire of the first cycle,we manufactured the questionnaire for the second cycle.Then we established the database by EXCEL,and observed the centralized degree and the coordinated degree of these data by using SPSS 13.0 statistics software package,on this basis we establish the TCM dialectical criteria of the childhood bronchitis preliminarily.Results:It was showed that expert positive coefficients respectively was 93.75%, 85.58%from the recycling experts'questionnaire of the two cycles.these data manifested that the experts actively participated in this research.According to specialty distribution, the experts from the TCM specialty occupied respectively 88.9%,88.3%of the total.It showed that this research had rather good discipline representativeness.According to professional title,the experts with high-ranking title occupied respectively 93.3%,93.1% of the total.It showed that the research has rather good academic authority.According to the Regional distribution,the whole experts were form 23 provinces,cities and autonomous regions allover the China.It shows that the research has rather good region representativeness.We deleted the items of which the unimportance mark ratio are over 50%in the two cycles of questionnaire and individual items of which the variation coefficient are over 0.6 in the second cycle of questionnaire,coordination degree of the undeleted items in the second cycle of the questionnaire are less than 0.566,but its between 0.11and 1.157 in the first cycle.So coordination degree in the second turn of the questionnaire is better than the one in the first cycle.We finished the expert survey and formed the the standards of Chinese medical syndrome differentiation of the childhood bronchitis basis for the importance of the undeleted items.Conclusions:We establish preliminarily the TCM dialectical criteria of the childhood bronchitis and lay the solid foundation for the profession standard's revision.It is also proved that delphil method is an important method which has rather good objectivity,practicability and maneuverability in the study of standardization of TCM syndromes.
