| Objective: To investigate the effects of Propofol, Shenfu injection and Microdosis of heparin in neonatal rats with hyperoxia induced lung injury.Methods: Select 2-day old, 5-7g, 150 terms neonatal Wistar rats were randomly divided into air, model , Propofol Shenfu injection and Microdosis of heparin treated groups (every group n=30) .The air group was exposed to room air, and other tree groups were exposed to 90% O2 for 14 days. The treatment groups received Propofol(5mg/kg) Shenfu injection (10ml/kg) and Microdosis of heparin(5u/kg) by peritoneal injection after exposed 90% O2 2 days, the air and model groups received normal saline by peritoneal injection. At each time interval of 3, 7 and 14 days after experiment, ten rats of each group were executed. The levels of MDA were determined from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), pathological changes of lung were observed under a light microscope. The expression of TNF-αwas detected by immunohistochemistry and the number of Clara Cells was calculatedResults: The expression level of MDA was less in Propofol group(1.55±0.13) than in the model group(1.55±0.13).The wet weight/dry weight was less in Shenfu injection (5.190±0.135) than in the model group(5.550±0.151) .The expression strength of TNF-αwas less in Microdosis of heparin group (24. 95) than in the model group(42. 05).The cells of clara was more in Propofol group (83.56±10. 65) than in the model group(45. 30±8. 00). The level of MDA from BALF was significantly decreased and the wet weight/dry weight and the expression strength of TNF-αwas significantly lower and the amount of Clara Cells was significantly higher in the treatment groups than the model group; there were all significant difference between the treatment groups and model group(P<0. 01), but there was no significant difference between Propofol Shenfu injection and Microdosis of heparin (P>0. 05).Conclusion: The Propofol Shenfu injection and Microdosis of heparin can decrease the degree of hyperoxia damage to lung tissue. which have protection and cure effect on atal rats hyperoxia lung damage. |
