| Objective:To explore the expression and significance of oxyradical and IL-6,IL-10 in acute alcoholic myocardium injury rats by gastric gavage volume alcohol in short time.Methods:1.Wistar's rats were randomly divided into model group and control group. The rats in model group were administered by gastric garage 10g/kg.d(56% alcohol),three times a day for 120hours.The others were received an equivalent amount of saline by gavage.The rats were killed after 12 hours since the last garage at the end of 72 and 120 hours.The blood was taken from the heart.The heart was fixed in 10%formalin.2.CK,CKMB,LDH,AST were detected by autobiochemistry instrument.IL-6, IL-10 were detected by Imm-unohistochemical method.MDA was detected by TBA method.The heart was paraffin emdedded.The pathological changes in myocardium were observed after H-E staining.Results:1.CK,CKMB,LDH,AST are significantly higher in model group than control group.2.Mocardium is normal in control group,and there is no cell ropsy,degenation and necrosis;in the 72 hours goup,there is partly cell ropsy,the endochylema dyeing is lighter,the transverse striation become not clear in the ropsy area and we can see acidophilia changes in some part;in the 120 hours group,the myocardium ropsy become heavier and we can see inflammatory cells infiltrating. 3.The level of serum MDA is higher in model group than control group (p<0.01);the level of serum SOD is on the contrary(p<0.01).MOD has negative correlation with SOD(P<0.01 r=-0.639).4.The level of serum IL-6,IL-10 in model group is higher than control group(p<0.01),there is no relation between IL-6 and IL-10(P>0.05, r=0.279).Conclusion:1.Taking in a great quantity alcohol in short time can induce acute myocardium injury.2.In the process of acute myocardium injury,the lipid peroxidation is significantly increase,and the antioxidase is significantly decrease.3.There is an important relation between the onset and development of acute myocardium injury and IL-6,IL-10. |
