The Research Of The Treatment For Mastopathia By Liver-Spleen-Harmonizing Therapy Of Jinkui Yaolue

Object:we observe the effects of Dangguishaoyao modified decoction on LH,FSH,PRL and histomorphology of mammary glands,Womb,Ovary in experimental rats, which make us go deep into a cognition of the validity of the liver-spleen-harmonizing therapy of Jinkui Yaolue and affirm the mechanism of action of Dangguishaoyao modified decoction. We hope the experiment would make elementary basis to guide the treatment for mammary hyperplasia disease by liver-spleen-harmonizing therapy of Jinkui Yaolue in clinical.Methods:48 SD female health no-pregnant mice were selected and divided into 6 groups on random, which were normal control group, model control group, treating group of low, middle and high dose and treating comparative group with each 8 rats. Except normal control group, all other groups were injected into the muscle to make models. After that, Dangguishaoyao modified decoction were infused to the treating group with low or middle or high dose. Rupixiao were given to the treating comparative group. The normal control group and the model control group were given by intramuscular injection of brine. After 30 days, we studies the level of Luteinizing hormone(LH), Fllicle stimulating hormone(FSH), Prolactin(PRL) and the histomorphology changes of Galactophore,Womb and Ovary under microscope.Results:â‘ Changes of the sex hormones' level in serumAfter treatment,compared with the model control group,all the treating groups's PRLand FSH levels are reduced while LH level is raised in different degrees. In reducing PRL and raising LH,the middle dose group and the high dose group are better than the low dose group and the treating comparative group. And to reduce FSH,all the treatment groups have no obvious differences.â‘¡Histomorphology changesThe model control group has hyperplastic Galactophore,Womb and Ovary tissues .After treatment, the symptoms can be controlled in different degrees. In improving the hyperplastic mammary glands tissues,the middle dose group and the high dose group are better than the low dose group. Aut the effect of Rupixiao group against hyperplasia of Mammary glands in rats is close to the low dose group. The middle dose group and the high dose group are better than the low dose group and the treating comparative group in improving the hyperplastic Womb tissues. And in improving the hyperplastic Ovary tissues,the effects of all the treatment groups are almost the same. All the treatment groups don't have clear abnormal pathologic changes.Conclusion:â‘ Depressed liver and weak spleen is the basal pathologic mechanism of the hyperplastic disease of mammary glands. To treat this disease,the Dangguishaoyao modified decoction adjusts the serum sex hormone levels maybe through its efficacy of hematosis,catharsis, desiccant,stomachic,carnage and disperse.â‘¡Dangguishaoyao modified decoction can improve the hyperplastic Galactophore, Womb and Ovary tissues. On a certain extent,The Liver-Spleen-Harmonizing Therapy is effective in the treatment the hyperplastic disease of breast.
