Study On The Mechanism Of Bushenhuayufang In Ovulation Promoting To Sterile Rats Model And Insulin-Like Growth Factor-â…  MRNA And Luteinizing Hormone Receptor-mRNA Expression In The Ovary

Objective:To study the mechanism of BushenhuayuFang based on the role of tonifying kidney,dissolving blood stasis treating female the sterility due to asthenia of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis and interpret the intervention role of promoting the growth of follicle and ovulation.Methods:Androgen Sterilied rats model was established by injecting testorerone propionate subcutaneously to SD female rats of 9 days Age. Morphological change of the Kidney-Deficiency and blood- stasis Sterile Rats and Insulin-Like Growth Factor- I mRNA and Luteinizing hormone receptor mRNA expressions at its ovary in rats after feeding tonifying kidney herds(TKH) extract were observed by light microscope, in situhybrizidation and immunohistochemists.Results: Regular sex cycles were founded and the ovulation mice increased (p<0.05) in the treated group as compared with that of the model. BushenhuayuFang could increase the weight of ovary of rat significantly and benefited the growth of follicle and ovulation BushenhuayuFang greatly increased the total of Ovum bubble quantity of different levels in ovary . Conclusion: The results show that the Androgen Sterilized Rats model could be established by injecting testosterone propionate subcutaneously to SD female rats of 9 days age. Growth disorder and excretion disorder of follicle are important factor of the female sterility due to asthenia of kidney;BuShenHuayuFang based on the role of invigorating the kidney by affecting the expression of the 1GF-I mRNA and Luteinizing hormone receptor mRNA expressions in ovary improves the growt I h of follicle thus achieving the purpose of promoting ovulation, which indicates that the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidneyherbs on kidney-Deficiency and blood-stasis symptom truly has theory basis of molecule standard.
