Objective:Through a survey about perimenopausal syndrome with the Method analysising the information from 'the four Diagnostic Methods',to analyse perimenopausal syndrome in the clinical syndromes of trace elements calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, zinc changes and relationship expecting to find clinical classification of guiding significance of the laboratory parameters in order to provide an objective basis for clinical dialection,as well as provide a theoretical basis of Fuzhou areas perimenopausal women's preventive health care.Material and Methods:we collect 94 cases of perimenopausal syndrome as a research object by the clinical standards. On the basis of the information from the four Diagnostic Methods,we divide the patients into three groups with kidney deficiency of blood stasis(38 cases),liver depression and kidney deficiency(30 cases),heart-kidney disharmony(26 cases). And we collect 30 healthy perimenopausal women aged from 40 to 55 as the first healthy control group and 30 healthy women aged from 20 to 30 as the second healthy control group to observe and compare serum trace elements(calcium, iron, copper, magnesium and zinc) content of the research object.Results:1.In the investigation with all the 94 patients, hectic fever and sweat and insomnia are most common, and the incidence rate is 71.27%and 59.57%,followed by easy excited(51.06%), abnormal sexual life(48.94%),vertigo(48.94%),fatigue(44.68%).2.Compared to liver depression and kidney deficiency group and kidney deficiency of blood stasis group,heart-kidney disharmony group have the significantly higher the climacteric score(P<0.01 and P<0.01),but it isn't between liver depression and kidney deficiency group and kidney deficiency of blood stasis group(P>0.05).3.Among all the three syndromes, insomnia score makes no statistical difference(P>0.05).4.Compared to kidney deficiency of blood stasis group and heart-kidney disharmony group, liver depression and kidney deficiency group have the significantly higher the irritability score(P<0.01 and P<0.01),but it isn't between heart-kidney disharmony group and kidney deficiency of blood stasis group(P>0.05).5.zinc:Compared to the two healthy control groups, perimenopausal syndrome group has a obviously lower level of zinc content(P<0.05 and P<0.01).And the healthy control group have the lower level of zinc than child-bearing period group, but it makes no statistical difference(P>0.05).Compared to liver depression and kidney deficiency group and kidney deficiency of blood stasis group,heart-kidney disharmony group have the lower level of zinc, but it makes no statistical difference too(P>0.05). 6.Mg:Compared to the two healthy control group, the Mg content level of perimenopausal syndrome group has no statistical difference(P>0.05).Compared to heart-kidney disharmony group and kidney deficiency of blood stasis group, liver depression and kidney deficiency group have the lower level of Mg,but it makes no statistical difference(P>0.05).7.Cu:The perimenopausal syndrome group have the higher level of Cu content than the two healthy control groups, and the difference between the patient group and the second healthy control group is significant(P<0.01),but the difference between the patient group and the first healthy group isn't significant(P>0.05).Compared to liver depression and kidney deficiency group and heart-kidney disharmony group, kidney deficiency of blood stasis group have the significantly higher Cu level(P<0.05 and P<0.01),but it isn't between heart-kidney disharmony group and liver depression and kidney deficiency group.8.Ca:Compared to the healthy control group and child-bearing period group, the Ca content level of perimenopausal syndrome group has no statistical difference(P>0.05),and so as the three syndromes.9.Fe:Compared to the healthy control group and child-bearing period group, perimenopausal syndrome group has a obviously lower level of zine content(P<0.05).Among all the three syndromes, the Fe content level makes no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1:the decline of the content of zinc may be the material basis of the kidney deficiency2:Kidney Deficiency blood stasis has the feature that cu content level is the hightest.Cu may be related to the formation of blood stasis. With the increasing of cu content, blood stasis situation becomes aggravated and even more complicated.3:Liver depression and decreased kidney deficiency has the feature that magnesium content level is lower. The lower level of magnesium content may be one of the reasons that result in the mental state's changes of perimenopausal syndrome patients.4:Disharmony between heart and kidney has a obvious feature of the hectic fever and sweat, and it has the least zinc content of the three TCM-syndromes.5:The fact that the calcium content of Perimenopausal women is in the normal range further explains that the main cause of osteoporosis which perimenopausal women are suffering from is the bone metabolism, and it is not simply the calcium deficiency. So,Relying on only calcium in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis should has a further discussion..6:Kidneydeficiency,heart-kidney disharmony,liver-qidepression,bloodstais all of them can cause insomnia.7:The formation and development of Climacteric syndromes possibly have relationship with the changes of trace elements.By analyzing with the statistical method,we find that trace elements change differently in different syndrome, and it indicating that certain intrinsic link existing between macroscopical dialectic and microeconomic indicators.Trace elements Changes can be used as the indicators of TCM dialectic. But we need a deeper investigation about the relationship and differences between the changes of trace elements and the perimenopausal syndromes.
