Objective: Study human lateral knee joint stability movement.Methods: 66 normal persons were tested with acceleration sensors on their lateral knee joints, pressure senors on their solds, angle sensors on their medial knee joints, then 3 curves of double knee joints during movent were gotten and these curves were analyzed.Results : In each gait cycle, knee joint had 2 polsitive and 2 negative acceleration waves respectively. At the gait cycle, 6points were selected, which had no statistics significance with sex, side, age .Concision : To analyze the curves of knee joint side stability can get important data for function determination, diagnosis, curative effect, which supply a new testing method.
