Effects Of Growth Hormone On Protected Function Of Intestinal Mucosal Barrier And TGF-β1 In Obstructive Jaundice Rats

Aim:To investigated effects of growth hormone on protected function of intestinal mucosal barrier and TGF-β1 in obstructive jaundice rats.Methods:52 Wastar Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:(1) The group of Sham operation(7days and 14 days;n=6);(2) The group of OJ(7days and 14days; n=10);(3) The group of rhGH(7days and 14days;n=10).In the group of rhGH, postoperative subcutaneous injected rhGH on posterior limb wall every day,dosage 0.75iu/kg/day.In postoperative 7days and 14days,to measure the TB,DB,ALT in blood,to determined content of endotoxin and TGF-β1 in blood of portal vein;to observed pathomorphology change of intestinal mucosal barrier.Result:(1) TB,DB,ALT in the groups of OJ and rhGH were average higher than those in the groups of SO(P＜0.05);TB,DB,ALT in the groups of OJ and rhGH were gradually increased according to lengthen of times(P＞0.05);TB,DB,ALT in the groups of OJ compared with the groups of rhGH,there were not significance difference(P＞0.05).(2) The level of endotoxin in the groups of OJ and rhGH were higher than those in the groups of SO(P＜0.05);those were gradually increased according to lengthen of times(P＜0.05);the level of endotoxin in the group of rhGH were less than those in the group of OJ(P＜0.05).(3) Blood TGF-β1 were gradually increased according to lengthen of times(P＞0.05);were higher than those in the group of SO(P＜0.05);Blood TGF-β1 in the groups of rhGH were less than those in the group of OJ(P＜0.05).Conclusion:(1) Ectogenic growth hormone that could improved intestine mucosal barrier function and could depressed endotoxin level in blood.(2) the level of blood TGF-β1 could reflected damage of intestine mucosal barrier function thatcond provided theories evidence for prevention and cure and judgement prognosis.
