| ã€Objective】To furtherly explore the effect of interleupin 4(IL-4),interleupin 5 (IL-5),interleupin 9(IL-9),interleupin 10(IL-10),interleupin 13(IL-13),interleupin 15(IL-15),interleupin 18(IL-18) in pathogenesis of patient with Allergic rhinitis(AR) and Bronchi asthma.Observe difference of interleupin between all groups.ã€Methods】33 patients with asthma,35 patients with AR,35 patients with AR accompanying bronchial asthma(BA) and 35 controls were included in the study.The concentration odd IL-4,IL-5,IL-9,IL-10,IL-13,IL-15,IL-18 in the sera was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ã€Results】The level of IL-4,IL-5.IL-9,IL-10,IL-13,IL-15,IL-18was greatly increased in every studied group than control group(P<0.05).The level ofIL-5,IL-10,IL-15,IL-15 was greatly increased inAR accompanying bronchial asthma(BA) group than the group of asthma(P<0.01),the group of AR(P<0.01).There was statistical difference between the group of AR and AR accompanying bronchial asthma(BA) group in the serum level of IL-4,There was statistical difference between the group of AR and the group of bronchial asthma in the serum level of IL-5,IL- 18.ã€Conclusions】IL-4,IL-5,IL-9,IL-10,IL-13,IL-15,IL-18 may play a prominent role in the pathogenesis of AR and asthma.The serum level of it may reflect that asthma and AR.are developed by imbalance between T helper cell typesland 2 lymphocyte populations.The study shows that both AR and asthma are characterized by means of a similar inflammatory process.Interleupin may play an important role in the process.There was a close relation between the allergic inflammations of upper and lower respiratory tract.The difference between the group of AR and the group of bronchial asthma in the serum level of IL-5,IL-18.suggest there is difference in inflammations between allergic rhinitis and asthma. |
