Study On Species And Qulity Of Sichuan Flos Magnoliae And Graft Of Variety

Flos Magnoliae is a common Chinese herb of relieving exterior syndrome.It has the effect of expelling the wind and opening nasal cavity. It is mainly used to treat headache due to wind-cold evil,snuffle, nasosonusitis,brubid nasal discharge and so on.Not only is it used as medicine,it is also exported as raw material of perfuming agent.Biond Magnolia flower is a dried flower bud of Magnolia biondii Pamp, Magnolia denudata Desr.or Magnolia sprengeri Pamp.recorded by Chinese Pharmacopoeia(the version of 2005,vol.1),but the commercial species of XinYi are complex.The flower of Magnolia sprengeri is one of the main commercial species in Sichuan where it mainly grows.And the study on quality of Flower of Magnolia sprengeri and graft of variety were carried out for the first time,provided the feasibility for the quality control of samples from GAP base of Chuanxinyi.A systematic quality evaluation of the samples from different species,different native varieties,different areas,different harvest time,different processing methods were determined.Detailed morphological and histological study has been carried out to contrast with Flower of Magnolia sprengeri,the graft of variety and Flower of Magnolia biondii.Pericycle fibers can be observed in Magnolia sprengeri Pamp.,which hasn't been reported before.Water,total ash and acid-insoluble ash in more than twenty batch(?); of Flos Magnoliae come from different areas,different processing methods and differertt species have been determined.The results indicate that all of the samples are mostly in accordance with the Plarmacopoeia (the version of 2005,vol 1).The quantity of the ash in samples is mostly between 2.8%and 3.8%,and the acid-insoluble ash is between 0.1%and 0.4%.The chief constituent of Flos Magnoliae of different native varieties, different areas,different harvest time,different processing methods and different species have been detected.The result shows that the quantity of the volatile oil,ethanol-soluble and Magnolin estractive mostly is related to the factors of producing areas,different harvest time and different processing methods,and so on.The GC-MS analysis indicates that the principal constituent of volatile oil is alkene compound(account for 35.77～49.36 percent of the total),the content of alkanol and ester is in the secondary place.The principle component of Flos Magnoliae sprengeri was bornyl acetate and myrcene,Like Flos Magnoiae biondii,the principal component of the grafting variety was 1,8-cineole andβ-pinene.The components of the sample dried by micromave are more than suncured one's,such as alkene compound(49.36%).Detailed comparative study on pharmacognosy of graft of variety has been carried out.The results shows that it is similar to Flos Magnoliae biondii in character and microscopic structure.The contents of volatile oil and Magnolin are higher than those of Flos Magnoliae sprengeri.The analgesia test shows that the graft of variety has the same effect as Flos Magnoliae sprengeri,and Flos Magnoliae biondii.
