| The research of blood coagulation is paid more and more attention in the recent years. Currently most of the blood coagulation analyzers in the market adopt coagulation method to carry out the measurement. According to the theory of the coagulation method it can be classified two types, one is the measure with photoelectric and nephelometric analysis; the other is the measure with double coil and a magnetic steel ball. coagulation method is physical quantity changes below coagulant acting on blood plasma, for example light,electricity,machine movement etc, and then the data is analyzed by computer to final result, so coagulation method is also called biology-physics method. Photics'blood coagulation apparatus determines coagulation by nephelometric'changes in the coagulate process. The theory of measurement with double coil and a magnetic steel ball is to respond the condition of blood coagulation according to the movement of the magnetic steel ball in the blood. As the ball movement reducing the induction current produced by cutting the magnetic force line also reduces, and then we can get the change of the induction current which responses the concretion characteristics. In addition,there is piezoelectricity quartz crystal'method to research blood coagulation.Blood coagulation detection technique based on the principle of the liquid resonance is introduced in this paper. Experiment shows that any liquid has its own especial electrical resonance frequency, and electrical resonance frequency is related with the characters of the liquid itself. As soon as any of the characteristics of the liquid changed such as component,thickness,density and viscidity,the frequency of the liquid electrical resonance will changed. According to the electrical resonance characteristics of the liquid, We can measure the electrical resonance frequency of blood plasma. When any of the characteristics of the blood plasma are changed,the electrical resonance frequency of the blood plasma will changed immediately. In the process of blood coagulation, the characteristics of the blood plasma are changed fundamentally. Therefore, it can reflect the process of blood coagulation by measuring the electrical resonance frequency. Liquid testing equipment is adopted to measure resonance frequency of blood plasma in this paper. The testing system comprises measured liquor, fourchet sensor, resonance circuit, count of frequency circuit, USB data transfer, PC data display and software. Experiment data for determining blood plasma,liquor conductance,thickness,pH demonstrates that testing method of blood coagulation by using of the principle of the liquid electrical resonance is feasible, and the testing method also reflects actual situation of blood coagulation iconically and concretely, achieving to be a better and easier method of studying blood coagulation than optical turbidimetric assay and double magnetic bead method. It offers convenience forthright and low costed measuring equipment in the medical field. It possesses more practical development prospect in the study of blood coagulation. |
