The Study And Design Of The Performance Evaluation Index System Based On The Strategy Of Public Hospitals

With the rapid economic development of our China and the coming of the aging society, the competition of our medical market is increasingly fierce.As an effective supervisory and administrative system, performance evaluation index system is not merely an important mean by which hospitals carry on the self-supervision and self-discipline,but also a new management tool hospitals use to implement strategic management in the new competitive environment. With the high-speed development of the information technology, the competitive environment,institutional framework,management mode and customers' demands are all altering greatly.The traditional performance evaluation index system couldn't satisfy the need of business management and competitive environment in the informationize period.From the questionnaire to the performance evaluation index system to the staff of the targeting hospital, and the analysis under the instruction of strategical managing theory, we point out the disadvantages of the performance evaluation index system.Under the guidance of the balanced Scorecard conception, strategical managing theory and stakeholder theory the study established a series of scientific and practical performance evaluation index system of hospital to evaluate the level of one hospital's integral performance fair , and to promote hospitals to develop healthily and stably.Achievement of this research: 1) The study summarized and analyzed the disadvantages of the current performance evaluation index system. And pointed out the tendency of the performance evaluation index system.2) The study established a series of systemic and integrated performance evaluation index system of hospital.Conclusion: The performance evaluation index system based on the strategy of public hospitals is the direction and trend to the hospital performance reform. The performance evaluation index system based on the strategy can provide protection to fulfill the objective of stragetical development of the hospital.
