Objective: Through the big mouse intestinal adhesion animal model, examines MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in the intestinal adhesion organization and Normal tissue's expression, studies MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in the intestinal adhesion morbidity function.Method: Selects SD male gender big mouse 70, zhey were randomly allocated to three groups, Then take 10 rats as a normal group, the observation group was 30 rats with postoperative intestinal adhesion, the injured area drop dehydrated alcohol, the pliers clamps the blind arteria mesenterica to make the damage intestinal adhesion model. The control group 30 big mice and the model group same anaesthesias, operate the abdomen, but motionless intestines organization, direct pass abdomen. Separately after the postoperation 2d, 7d, 14d 3 phase takes 10 big mice respectively, they were sacrificed respectively.
